Sr. Manager – Enterprise Sales - France
The successful candidate will have diversely experienced relationship, sales-led business management skills with a proven track record of success within enterprise segments such as manufacturing, Pharma, Oil & Gas, BFSI, Software and managed services markets. Strong team leadership and communication skills, with strategic-level business development and sales experience essential. Experience Data, Managed Services, Unified Communications and Cloud Services. The successful candidate will be results orientated & profit-focused with corporate management experience, a versatile leader, with a network of managing senior level engagements across the French and Benelux Enterprise market.
Global account development programs are the core of the execution model. Market planning and execution with the Large Complex Deals team across the Global account team to drive product penetration; ensure growth curves for aspirational accounts to drive linear growth and new revenue streams; strategic account engagement involving the company's senior leadership across the business.
Proven track record in selling complex Managed Services, Cloud, security, network, multi tower deals
Must be able to focus on obtaining results and driving early revenues for the business
Experience of French HQ Account Leadership and working in a "challenger" marketplace.
Must be versatile and able to adapt to changing business and sales environment.
Plan, prioritize and manage personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving ACV targets - especially managing personal time and productivity
Develop existing customer base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information; Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements
Manage account action plan for individual accounts
Capture qualified opportunities in SFDC, and grow strong pipelines
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
Pro-actively liaise with other company functions (e.g. product management /marketing / finance / operations) aimed at maximizing profitable growth for the company
Familiar with telecom services like MPLS, Cloud, Security, SDN, SDWAN, NFV etc
Able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
Strategic-level account management experience
Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution
Qualification and Skills
Master’s degree in Management from a premier institute with 10+ years of enterprise sales experience. Prior experience of direct enterprise account management
Independent, Self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Outgoing with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
The candidate needs to be located in France
Decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in French and English
Must be able to manage internal relationships, striking a balance between demanding and maintaining healthy working relationships.
