Senior Regional Manager - Saarc
The Role – Senior Regional Manager
As Senior Manager you will be an integral part of our commercial team, reporting to Head of Sales. You will join an experienced team of enterprise voice and messaging experts and a company widely recognized as one of the most successful in our industry globally.
You will play a key role in the sales team in your region, including:
- Formulating and continuously adapting the strategic plan for account relations in your
- region based on changes in the market and cooperation with the sales and product
- teams
- Executing the plan, including managing relationships with existing operator partners,
- acquiring/signing/managing new operator partners, and ensuring that partnerships with these operators are optimized over time
- Specifically, and as a top priority, identify and support the closing on voice and A2P outsource and monetization opportunities with operators in the region
- Support cross sales of new products to the operators. Identifying joint opportunities with mobile operators in your region, and work together with the wider sales team to develop and close opportunities for operator portfolio of products and services,
- Closely following regional industry developments, and formulating plans for non-SMS services with operators, such as voice unlimited plans, corridors, RCS, Mobile Identity, Line and other services offered by operators in the region to ensure we are at the forefront of sourcing such services and thereby making them available for us to include them in our services offered to enterprises.

To be able to take this role we believe you:
- Have 10 years of experience from sales or other commercial roles, towards mobile
- operators in the region
- Experience with international voice. A2P, cloud numbering or related carrier related
- services are a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial, creative, quick-thinker able to understand technical solutions
- High energy to quickly build and manage a long list of ongoing discussions
- Outgoing personality who enjoys reaching out and building relationships with new
- people
- Established senior management network from the industry and region
- Self-starter and comfortable in new situations, but also comfortable reaching out to new
- people for advice and support
- Strong drive, persistent, determined and comfortable working with decision makers on
- all levels, including both technical and commercial
- Strong analytical skills and structured in your daily work
- Degree in business or similar academic area, or relevant work experience from tech-
- company/solution
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- International experience with good understanding and ability to adapt to different
- cultures
