Senior Business Analyst

Duties and responsibilities

Analyse business processes and requirements

Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies

Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations 

Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies

Strategic position with driving initiatives and alignment on business opportunities in specific regions to maximize profitability.

Members of this team are collecting BI that is base on partner negotiation, evaluating and approving business models with operators, and also actively participating in the negotiation process and contract evaluation.

One of the team’s main tasks is related to a partnership with mobile operators, identifying possible new deals, forecasting possible gross profit, defining selling policy and making sure we reach maximum profits overall connections for all products. 

Proactive analysis of traffic and revenue with the goal of reaching regional/company targets. 

Perform various risk analysis and prepare models that would foster ROI. 

Reporting about project profitability and presenting business cases and analysis to management and stakeholders.

Working closely with Finance team on managing cash flow through optimizing and estimating cash out.

Active participation in department and/or company projects.


Requirements


College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or similar

You have ability to support applications, reports and processes

You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

You have ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

You have excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

You have experience with risk management, ROI, business analysis and developing business strategies. 

You have a great professional interest in the mix of technology, analytics and business. 

You are a very analytical person and are constantly questioning how things can work better. 

You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel. Experience with QlikSense and/or Tableau is welcome. 

You are a proactive critical thinker, ready to constantly adapt in order to address new business challenges and recommend productive ideas. 

You enjoy opening new opportunities and take a creative approach while doing so. 

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
