Sales Manager


You'd be able to:

  • Engage with the inbound leads coming in over the phone. And understand customers’ needs and requirements
  • Provide solutions/ knowledge and encourage them to move to the next step on every call
  • Learn & become subject matter experts of our products and services and educate prospects in making buying decisions
  • Show professionalism, courtesy & confidence in every interaction
  • Navigate tools including CRM application and internal systems
  • Efficiently manage your time and always put the customer experience first
  • Accomplish metrics tied to your own financial gain (close/conversion)
  • Bring your A game & close sales

We'd prefer to see:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a solutions-based arena (retail,B2B, SaaS, Account Manager, etc.)
  • Graduate degree or equivalent required
  • Strong communication, presentation skills and excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to prioritize the day, call customers in a timely manner and meet customer requests
  • Self-motivation to drive metrics, results and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • HubSpot (CRM) software experience is a plus
