Sales Manager
You'd be able to:
- Engage with the inbound leads coming in over the phone. And understand customers’ needs and requirements
- Provide solutions/ knowledge and encourage them to move to the next step on every call
- Learn & become subject matter experts of our products and services and educate prospects in making buying decisions
- Show professionalism, courtesy & confidence in every interaction
- Navigate tools including CRM application and internal systems
- Efficiently manage your time and always put the customer experience first
- Accomplish metrics tied to your own financial gain (close/conversion)
- Bring your A game & close sales
We'd prefer to see:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a solutions-based arena (retail,B2B, SaaS, Account Manager, etc.)
- Graduate degree or equivalent required
- Strong communication, presentation skills and excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritize the day, call customers in a timely manner and meet customer requests
- Self-motivation to drive metrics, results and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Regular and reliable attendance
- HubSpot (CRM) software experience is a plus
