Sales Manager Europe


Overall job purpose:
- Handle all inbound leads for the EMEA region & work on converting them into paying customers
- Manage early stage sales with new and self generated leads for the company Platform.
- Manage the day-to-day customer relationships and profitability with new EMEA Express accounts.
- Catalog the leads and filter those results subject to become new company's Customers to be managed by the Account Manager assigned.
- Coordinate and follow up with our central Marketing Department the progress of any new Campaign related to EMEA.
- Maintain updated information about new leads: contact details, contractual and any other relevant information as required.
- Coordinate with Express Account Management for the evolution of new accounts.
- Coordinate reporting with managers and required follow up actions team in Newark, direct reporting manager in Europe.
Key accountabilities:
- Maximize the number of workable accounts out of new leads.
- Guarantee complete information about new leads and accounts ready to be mover to Account Management.
- Review and actively manage the portfolio of new Express accounts against targets for gross profit, gross profit per minute and other agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop Sales strategies for New Accounts together with sales and account Management team
- Develop Personal Development Plan and execute periodic reports as required to track development and communicate account development
- Create a value chain with new accounts oriented to build strong relations and positive communication with them.
- Own the contact strategy into the allocated accounts and ensure that this includes the senior executives of key customers. Where appropriate, co-ordinate and drive internal sponsors to build relationships with named individuals to aid business growth.
- Ensure an optimal communication with his/her line manager and elaborate coordinated plans across their functions oriented to maximize results.

Experience / knowledge required:
- Detailed sector/related knowledge and take initiative to keep informed with market changes
- Min 2 years in B2B sales/account management experience preferred; preferable from telecom sector, Call Centers, Cloud PBX, On Line Assistance,
- Multicultural background and English as the first or second language
- Track record of high performance in a commercial environment and demonstration of advanced negotiation skills
- Ability to influence at senior level both within customers and internally
- Basic understanding of telecoms networks, products and services – particularly voice and mobile would be an addd on
- Sound knowledge of business financials
- Good analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into prioritized activities
- Strong commercial understanding with a high Trading Orientation skills
- Team player and able to work in a virtual team.
- ability to work & succeed in a remote environment without direct supervision
- Complete disposition for travelling (10%-20% only as need arises)
