Strategic Sales Director
We are currently seeking a Strategic sales director for Eastern Europe covering big MNO group accounts, OTTs, incumbent PTT bilats, Carrier segments, RSPs, ISPs and aggregator segments for product range (wholesale voice, A2P SMS, signalling services).
Candidates will need to participate in leadership dialogues to drive;
- Business & human capital improvements across the company and to promote "concept selling"
- Large voice & data deals/RFP's, partial outsourcing, managed termination, infrastructure, ITFS managed services etc.
- Bundle deals across all company's products
- Higher vault share & product penetration in major accounts in the sub region
They will be responsible for;
- Performance with strong focus on solution sales
- Targeting existing accounts and potential new accounts, marketing activities such as group workshops
- Development of sales annual plans across farming and hunting accounts
- Performance and realising market potential and sharing recommendations on annual targets
The ideal candidate will have;
- MUST have 15+ years experience in the Telecom industry and 10+ years in wholesale voice, data and experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
- An understanding of the various areas of wholesale voice & SMS "Business APPs" or Systems & Process intricacies and dependencies of the business. Pricing, routing, deal governance & margin management and reporting etc.
- Existing CXO relationships in the wholesale and enterprise segment in Central & Eastern Europe
- A good understanding of of the regulations and legal nuances of the business in EU & other countries in the region
- Proficiency in Russian & English, any other languages would be an advantage
