Senior Global Account Director – Enterprise Data Services
We are looking for a Senior Global Account Director – Enterprise Data Services
to manage relationships with prospective and existing Enterprise customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers to secure new business and to retain and grow existing revenue. The role will be focused on developing an Enterprise business providing the company core connectivity solutions to large MNC customers within the sales region.
Key responsibilities:
Direct promotion and sales to the Enterprise market: Layer 2 and 3 Global WAN, DDoS, Cloud Connect, DWDM, IPT, and DIA.
Build pipeline, forecast deals, and lead times to generate revenue.
Direct selling to enterprise customers as well as working with channel to increase sales pipeline and awareness of the company as an enterprise provider.
Actively drive the customer journey – defining the solution, quoting accurately and competitively, contract negotiations, delivery project management, service support, and life- cycle management of customer interaction with the company.
Responsible for identifying and penetrating prospective enterprise customers headquartered in the assigned target market.
Lead all stages of the sales cycle as needed to support the conversion of opportunities to sales
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customers to identify and propose unique solutions
Leverage knowledge to execute sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue objectives
Create strong relationships based on trust, integrity and customer satisfaction to effectively drive sales and repeat business
Maintain current and accurate account of contact base, pipeline, probabilities of deals, and closed sales within CRM (Sales Force).
Track, analyse and report sales activity using the company's internal sales reporting tools (SF)

Skills and abilities:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Minimum 10 Years’ business experience selling Data and Enterprise Solutions
Experience of the wholesale and enterprise telecoms industry
Salesforce or similar CRM
University degree
Experience of working in a multicultural environment
Knowledge of other languages
Locations: US, Frankfurt, London, Paris or Amsterdam.
