Growth Officer


The Opportunity:

 

We are seeking a Growth Officer (GO) for business development activities for our Telecom Services and Solutions.  

 

The GO will be responsible for establishing new Interconnects with Operators using any of the company’s offering on Voice, SMS, Top Up, or Solutions like Fintech, Fraud Management, Billing etc.  within stipulated timelines-based company’s strategy and growth plans for the Operator’s under GO’s influence.  

 


 

Job Description:

 

  • Responsible for connecting the Operators planned as per the strategy set.
  • Responsible to directly influence Capacity Procurement for pre decided operators.
  • Responsible to represent the Group’s offerings in coordination with the Business Development Team.
  • Grow existing business with connected operators or upsell on the solutions side.
  • Achieve the associated targets and contribute to building Company Group’s brand in the domicile country/region.
  • Responsible to travel in the allotted operator countries to have face to face meetings/demos/implementations and create PR.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience:


Appointed Person will be a dynamic industry veteran who can get planned interconnects through his contacts/skills. He/she will have high levels of passion, intellect, drive and energy and will be a self-confident, team-oriented individual with ethics and integrity.

 

  • Experienced growing revenues in company size over $ 10 mio - $ 100 million on Yearly Basis.
  • Successful track record of individual performance in the previous jobs.
  • Has demonstrated an ability to consistently identify, attract and develop new opportunities for business with in the region
  • Strong communication skills to be able to manage customers

 

Requirements: 

 

  • 10+ years of relevant Telecom Sales/Technical/Relations experience
  • Ability to execute laid plans for company’s growth
  • Solid relationships with the Operators
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail coupled with strong presentation skills
  • Multi lingual (foreign languages) knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strong desire to work in a high-growth environment
