Deal Manager


Overall job purpose:

End to end overview of Telecoms bilateral and swap agreements proposed by the Sales/Account Managers
Reporting support for LATAM Region and Global Deal Managers.

Key accountabilities:

Oversight of Global deals from the initial preparation through to final balance/profitability assessment.
Regular and continuous monitoring of LATAM deal performance and profitability
Tracking any necessary mid deal adjustments while managing any net-cost or subsidy variance
On-going liaison with a number of stakeholders including the sales, pricing and routing teams.
Regular and ad-hoc reporting as required by LATAM Account Managers
Review and approval of all GP transfer requests between Account Managers
Ownership of the AM/MM contact list
Oversight/support for Deal Sell rate adjustments on a Global level [including Sell related deal disputes].
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by line manager

Experience / knowledge required:

Good analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into prioritized activities
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to navigate working with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
Evidence of some commercial knowledge with interest in further development.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Understanding of telecoms pricing and routing would be advantage
