We are seeking an experienced and innovative CTO to lead our tokenisation and blockchain practice. The CTO will create and maintain a strategic vision for the team, develop a roadmap for the implementation of revolutionary tokenisation and blockchain projects, and recruit and mentor a team of engineers, developers, and technologists.

The CTO will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create a viable and cutting-edge tokenisation and blockchain architecture that uses existing and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tokenisation, blockchain, and distributed ledger technologies, as well as their application to the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a vision and strategy for the team’s tokenisation and blockchain practice

• Implement best practices and cutting-edge technologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions

• Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and technologists

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and implement tokenisation and blockchain solutions

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains at the vanguard of the technology space

• Design and implement solutions as per overall product strategy.
