Chief Revenue Officer
Location - South East Asia
Duties and responsibilities:
● Develop and deliver Company's Sales and strategy
● Support and mentor the Sales department: Enterprise sales department, Relationship
management team and Sales operations team
● Collaborate with the team to enable them to accelerate revenue growth
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ensure high NPS
● Own and hit/exceed quarter and annual sales targets
● Equip and scale the team to meet or exceed sales targets
● Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans, work with the team leads to craft the yearly
incentive plans for each team
● Work closely with the Network, Process and Delivery teams to ensure the best
solutions for Company's customers
● Work with Product team to ensure constant product improvement and recommend
new products based on market intelligence
● Craft the product development strategy for the CRM tool, oversee adoption of the tool
within the sales division
● Ensure report accuracy, providing timely sales data to the senior management of the
organization
● Lead the continuous process improvement, overseeing process creation,
documentation, and adoption
● Establish sales training programs to train new employees
● Expand sales department
Qualifications:
● 10+ year’s experience in B2B sales or related roles of increasing responsibility
● 5+ years directly leading a sales department to achieve revenue goals
● Strong communication skills are required in written, oral, and visual media
● Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
● Detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize leads through multiple channels
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of resolving contract and product issues
● Proven track record of winning new business
● Strong negotiation and influencing skills
● Ability to network with a customer organisation to identify all key influencers and
decision makers
● Proven ability to handle multiple projects under a heavy travel schedule
● High degree of independent judgment
