Responsibility:

The COO is responsible of coordinating sales, network and marketing operations, including research and development. He is responsible of achieving the operating earnings, preside over the execution of the operations plan in accordance with yearly budget and three years plan.

Objectives:

• Defining the budget, three years operations planning, financial and operating requirement jointly with the CFO, the HR and the President;

• Guarantying the execution of the operations plan in coherence with the budget and three years business plan;

• Bring more value to the company’s asset, in terms of people Know How, new technology, business innovation and diversification, market knowledge, new business and market opportunities;

• Coordinating all activities and initiatives aimed to improve the company strategic positioning, market consolidation and business diversification;

• Guarantying internal communication and people care;

Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge of the telecom market in the USA

• University Degree (engineering and/or business administration)

• Ability to communicate and to convince

• Excellent people relationship skills
