Chanel Regional Manager - USA
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and eager Regional Manager to join our Commercial and Sales team.
You are responsible for promoting and selling company's portfolio of Cloud Connectivity, Cloud Router & IOT to MNOs, MVNOs, Enterprises, SI’s, IoT Platform providers and IoT aggregators globally.
The candidate is required to support the team in engaging on marketing and sales initiatives and projects as well as in prospecting customers and developing region-specific go-to-market plans.
The candidate will be required to travel to visit customers, attend the most relevant events and support sales efforts by providing sales guidance as needed.
The position requires active interaction and cooperation both within the company at all levels and across all regions, as well as with our external customers, partners and industry bodies.
We’re looking for Sales expert with strong commercial and technical knowledge of Cloud Connectivity/ IOT.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Understanding of Cloud/ IOT offerings and formulating plans to hunt new prospects/leads
· Identify new customers, services, products, and business potentials
· Drive sales development through skilful implementation of CRM, E-commerce tools incl. implementation of best practice sales techniques;
· Ensure that close relationships are developed and maintained with International Key Accounts
· Excellent leadership and communications skills able to inspire and with passion of developing others
· For newly implemented customers, support the team to ensure all necessary documents are signed and customer related information is collected and correctly shared with the provisioning team
· Support the team when coordinating with the revenues assurance team and making sure that customers pay in time according to their current/expected run-rate
· Work closely with Pre-sales and Product Teams to ensure our products are in line with Customer Expectations and market demand.
· Ability to fully understand and keep up to date with changes across the market and to translate insights into actions;
· Excellent presentation and selling skills with the ability to effectively influence both with customers and internally;
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues fostering cross market cross-functional relationships;
Requirements:
· 5-10 experience in cloud sales and business development.
· Firm understanding of cloud technologies and market trends.
· Conveys a professional image and maintains a strong company attitude.
· Highly self-motivated, needing minimal support, training and guidance from management; however, keeps them appropriately informed.
· Strong Market knowledge
· Fluent in English. Other Regional languages are an add on.
· Willing to Travel
