CGO - US+LAT/ EU+ME /Asia
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with a dotted line reporting to the CEO, the CGO will be pivotal in driving strategic partnerships and fostering growth opportunities. This role requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for identifying and nurturing key relationships within the industry. The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives to expand company’s market presence and drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations and alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy:
• Develop and execute a robust partnership strategy aligned with company’s overarching mission and business objectives.
• Identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration within the Web3 ecosystem, fintech industry, and related sectors.
Relationship Building:
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, industry influencers, and decision-makers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner engagements, ensuring alignment of goals and driving mutual value creation.
Opportunity Identification:
• Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and areas for strategic expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate partnership opportunities and assess feasibility.
Deal Negotiation and Closure:
• Lead negotiations and structuring of partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company’s strategic objectives.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and facilitate smooth onboarding of partners.
Revenue Generation:
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other collaborative initiatives.
• Develop innovative business models and revenue-sharing arrangements to maximize value for company’s and its partners.
Performance Tracking:
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership success and revenue generation.
• Utilize data and analytics to track progress, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Provide insights and market feedback to inform product development and go-to- market strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role, preferably within the Web3 or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader
Web3 landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value
propositions and influence decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all
levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on driving business growth.
• Experience in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and partnership management.
