Business Development Manager Mobility and IOT -  AFRICA


Job Description

· Prospect new customers and partners for eSIM and IoT Connectivity in the Africa and Middle East region

· Lead the exploration and qualification of customers and prospects' requirements for eSIM and IoT Connectivity (with presales' support on technical aspects).

· Build business cases on opportunities and pitch them to Management for approval.

· Build and maintain a network of local partners to support delivery of projects.

· Liaise with in-house technical team and external partners to coordinate on customers' requirements.

· Participate in different exhibitions and promote company's eSIM and IoT Connectivity solutions to prospects

Skills

  • Good communication skills in English (with French as a plus)
  • Able to present complex topics in simple terms & adapt to audience (Technical, Sales, Management & External customers or partners)
  • Able to build Excel Business Cases, Powerpoint presentations
  • Understanding Mobile technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, LPWA)
  • Able to communicate in multicultural environment and managing multiple time zones 
  • Proactive and target oriented
  • Flexible and able to work independently

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in relevant fields
  • Background in Africa and Middle East regions sales is highly expected
  • Background in Telecom, IoT Connectivity or IT System Integration is highly expected
  • Connections with MVNOs, IoT and System Integrators will be a plus
  • Able to travel internationally
  • Remote work available
