Business Development Director
Job Description:
The Business Development Director is responsible for a designated territory. Within this area, the BDD will be responsible for the execution of the sales growth strategy by effectively networking with key fintech institutions in the territory, as well as utilizing all resources provided by the business development team.
KRA:
· Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities primarily within Territory
· Capturing the client requirements, Mapping it to company's offerings with proper qualification criteria
· To generate new leads by various means that includes but not limited to Events, PR, Meetings, online, etc.
· Responding to the requests for proposals (RFPs)
· Building business relationships with current and potential clients
· Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow revenues for the company
· Developing customized targeted sales strategies
· Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients on CRM
· Conduct & Present Country Research and Report for the company's solutions & services
· Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
· Work closely with executive leadership to progress pipeline creation, revenue generation, for Financial technology solutions.
· Develop business territory plans with the Panamax Team and deliver against targets within assigned territories to achieve targeted revenue from sales quota.
· Work with inside sales team to develop a joint strategy and GTM plan.
· Maximize revenue, contribution margin, and customer & partner satisfaction through the attainment of sales goals.
Qualifications:
MBA, BBA, M.TECH + MBA, B.TECH + MBA
Requirements & Competencies:
· Multilingual – English & Spanish Must & other languages will be plus!
· Proven experience in to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization, from developer to the executive ranks.
· 4+ years in a technology sales roles focused on Financial Solution sales or worked closely with Banks, FIs, MNOs, etc. on the technology front.
· Extensive financial industry network with 2+years of technology Sales experience for financial technology solutions.
· Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue through direct PR, Event attendance, product pitching, Networking, etc.
· Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different requirements and Organizational models.
