A2P SMS Account Manager (China)


What would you do

  • Managing customer relationships and increasing spend as well as selling new products and services.
  • Developing new customers in the Asia region (especially China)
  • You would deliver a plan for your region/product and be the owner of such plan.
  • You would feed the company with industry trends and knowledge, for further development.
  • Regular customer visits and attendance at conferences worldwide.

What you should know

·      Fast Thinker, excellent at being able to identify and develop business opportunities.

·      Very comfortable speaking to customers at all levels.

·      3+ years’ experience in the A2P SMS industry.

·      Have a deep understanding of all A2P related products, international aggregation and termination.

·      Understanding the mechanics of the international A2P SMS business.

·      University degree, preferably with a major in business or engineering.

·      Very comfortable presenting and building the story line for product presentations and future.

·      It is a commercial role, so working under relative pressure to meet goals and objectives is a constant. You should be able to handle such pressure and deliver.

·      Business ops support into reporting mechanisms & tools, provisioning & routing, and profitability maximization.

·      Formulate plans and develop go to market strategies, defining country regulations and supplier limitations.

·      You are comfortable dealing with large projects and RFPs.

·      Fluent in English and Chinese language
